Raf’s Story

“The sense of accomplishment and increased confidence that I've gained by joining Primal
have been life-changing.”

Why did you come to Primal?

Primal's philosophy really resonated with me. I came to Primal because I was seeking something different from the other gyms. There are no mirrors, there's a lot of variety in classes, members are very friendly and down-to-earth, everyone seems to know one another, the coaches are extremely friendly - it does feel like a real community focused on fitness and well-being. I wanted to make a positive change in my life, and Primal seemed like the perfect place to start that journey.

What were some obstacles you encountered during your fitness journey?

I've struggled with exercise throughout my life. Prior to joining Primal, I had started and stopped at the gym so many times. I even paid for a year-long gym membership once, but I think I only attended for a few weeks total. Time constraints, motivation lapses, and just getting into the rhythm of a regular workout routine were huge hurdles for me.

How did you overcome these obstacles?

It took a lot of dedication and discipline. I started by setting achievable fitness goals and creating a schedule that I could realistically stick to. But the real game-changer was the support I found at Primal. The trainers are amazing, and the community of members is so encouraging. They kept me on track and motivated, even on days when I just didn't feel like working out.

What is your best achievement so far whilst training at Primal?

My proudest achievement has been the transformation in my overall health and fitness. I've seen significant improvements in my body composition, strength, and endurance.
