  • You're feeling stronger and can keep going longer.

  • Your movements are sharper with better balance and coordination

  • That "denser" feeling? It's you building awesome muscle!

  • You're embracing nutritious habits to fuel your training.

  • Your fitness goals may evolve (link to goals review) - it's fantastic to broaden your health and wellness horizons.

Milestone: SIX months

  • Tangible changes to your physique. 

  • More muscle definition, lower body fat levels and your clothes start to fit better! Hooray! 

  • Improvement in your stamina, maybe you could run for the train and or climb flights of stairs with ease.

  • More confidence in day to day physical activities or maybe a new sport.

  • The 6 month stage is a crucial one as your body starts to “adapt” to changes and you may experience less improvements. This is a natural process. By re-evaluating your needs and goals, process can be sustained.
