Setting a goal

My goal was simple: to improve my overall fitness and tone up. After joining Primal, it became easy to find time to train. I used to miss evening classes due to my work schedule. And sometimes when I did have time, I’d lose motivation during the day. Thanks to plenty of Primal classes running throughout the day, I easily switched to early morning classes which suited me much better!

Finding more than motivation

Primal is a community. So group training/PTs are a lot of fun, plus you see real results. I’m now hitting 40kg on bench press! Getting stronger wasn’t my goal in the beginning but now I really enjoy STRENGTH classes.

Something you’ve learned that will help others in their journey

Lifting won’t “bulk you up”. Having more of a focus on strength has improved my overall fitness and I’ve noticed my endurance is so much better. Don’t underestimate strength classes.
