FITNESS CLASSES
Beyond training for your own goals, it’s about community and camaraderie. Group dynamics help inspire and push one another.
It’s collective effort that amplifies personal achievement.
To ensure diversity of training, we have 7 types of classes:
STRENGTH
-
Strength classes focus on movements that will help you get a stronger physique overall.
You will learn to use various equipment that emphasise pushing, pull and rotational movements.
"10/10 class - always leave feeling great! The first gym I’ve been to in a long time where everyone is friendly and form + health are prioritised over weights! Couldn’t recommend enough!" Chris Mewburn, Dec 2023
STRONG AF
-
One of our most popular classes, Strong AF is a unique blend of functional-strength. Emphasising on "loaded carries", this method has a high carry over to daily living. Think carrying heavy bags of groceries from your car to home, carrying your child and walking or picking up a box of items and brining it overhead to store.
"A gym like no other. Motivated and involved trainers, friendly and welcoming for any level of fitness. Small classes with plenty of variety and a real sense of community."
Angus Hume, April 2024.
FIT
-
FIT classes are a blend of strength and endurance movements. FIT will challenge you in a way that's unlike any other class. You will get a great rush of energy from the combination of your muscles firing up and your heart rate elevating.
SCULPT
BOXING
-
Recovery sessions focus on movements/actions that help relief tightness/stiffness and aid in your training recovery. The movements are particularly helpful if you have been sitting for long periods at work. Using resistance bands, foam rollers and other light equipment to work on range of movements, active release and breathing techniques.
"Great class. Just what I needed after hunching over my laptop all day." Paula Fitzpatrick , Nov 2023.
-
Sculpt is a strength based session that emphasises on isolation movements. This means that we use resistance to strengthen a particular muscle group. This targeted approach is particularly useful for strengthening muscles generally undertrained in traditional strength work, such as the Hamstrings, Triceps and deep Abdominals. The session generally consists of using light-moderate weights and higher repetition range, typically in the 12-15 reps range. Sculpt compliments the generally intense and heavier sessions of Strength and Strong AF.
"Great class. Felt quite different to a normal strength class. The program was targeted and I enjoyed training in a new way." Victoria Walton, Dec 2023
RECOVERY

Train to move more efficiently, have better balance, motor control, develop speed, coordination and strength that can carry over to daily living. All fitness levels welcome!
