Single arm pulling strength using a resistance band

Using a resistance band to pull whilst in a kneeling position, this exercise can help you improve upper body pulling and core strength. Try it out, all you need is a resistance band and a stable object to anchor the band. The kneeling position means that you are focusing on using your torso and upper body.
