2 actions to help reduce stiffness/tightness in the front of your knee.

The Rectus Femoris is one of the 4 muscles in your group of Quadriceps (front of thigh). The Rec-Fem starts from your hip joint, onto the knee and and attaches to the Tibia (shin). This muscle can get tight due to prolong sitting and cause stiffness in the knee. Using a dowel rod or a broom stick combined with specific stretching, you can release this tightness.
