Beatrice’s Story

“I’ve been training at Primal Gym for over 7 months, and it’s been an incredible experience!”

 

How it started

Beatrice did our 6 week Challenge from the start of July to mid August 2024.
Her aim was to improve her body composition and drop at least 3kg in Bodyweight.
We enrolled her into a predominately Strength based class training twice weekly, she also did Boxing classes and “At Home” self training program most days of the week.

Beatrice also improved on her nutrition, with portion control strategies, balancing her Protein, Fats and Carbohydrate intake as well as reducing eliminating Alcohol and added sugar during the challenge period.

She focused on improving sleep, and adopted a more active lifestyle outside of gym and work, emphasising on long walks.

How it’s going - results

Biostats 1 July 2024
Weight 58.4kg, Body fat 29.2%
Biostats 8 August 2024
Weight 55.2kg Body fat 25.1%

Her results are consistent of someone focusing on strength training, good dietary habits and an active lifestyle.

I’ve been training at Primal Gym for almost 7 months, and it’s been an incredible experience! The group classes are always challenging and fun, and I recently started boxing, which has been a fantastic addition to my routine. Ray, the coach and owner, is knowledgeable and supportive, always pushing everyone to do their best. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get fit and enjoy the process!
