How it started
As someone with Asthma and previous injuries, I wanted to build strength. Like most people starting out, I had also never done any weight training before and was unsure what to do. That quickly changed when I joined Primal. Technique is king at Primal which means you’re always safe and supported. Classes are in small groups and customised to suit all levels, and exercises are fun and dynamic, helping you target all areas of the body. Thanks to Primal’s flexible timetable, finding the time to train also became easy!
How it’s going
At the beginning, I was struggling to train 3 times a week. Soon I found that the more I trained the less I was affected by Asthma. I feel mentally and physically strong and can actually see my progress. Not only that, I’ve also explored and got into boxing! I now train 5-7 sessions a week.

Be consistent and true to yourself. And have fun! It's ok if you have an off day here and there, just get back into it and your progress will show!
