6 reasons to do group fitness sessions at Primal

Team work.
Most of us will feel energised and motivated to push a little harder when training in a group. It’s human nature. It is also an opportunity for some of us to work together as a team, which may not be readily present for some of us on a day to day basis.Social.
Many of our members are friends beyond the gym, and became friends whilst training at Primal. It’s a good thing to hang around like minded people and share the experience of your fitness journeys.Accountability.
When you have a “training buddy” and make an appointment to train together, it’s best to show up!Proper technique.

The exercises you do during class have been designed to have a high carry over to your everyday living. These exercises will help you move better through improved balance and coordination, strength, stamina and flexibility and mobility. Everyday activities such as climbing up/down stairs, kicking the footy with your children, gardening or playing your favourite sport will feel easier and more enjoyable.Variety.
If you have trained by yourself in a gym, I’m sure at some point you would have run out of ideas on which exercises to do and boredom sets in. Primal’s sessions are designed by coaches to ensure there is plenty of variety to keep things interesting and fun. You just need to show up, follow instructions and do your best!
